Lift Repair & Maintenance
Regular servicing and quick response when a lift stops — the complaint that empties a committee's inbox fastest.
Apartment maintenance · AS Rao Nagar, Secunderabad
Every apartment deserves a maintenance team that actually shows up. Lifts, parking areas, electrical and plumbing — handled by our own trained, full-time staff, on one fixed monthly plan.
Tell us your society name and how many flats — we'll take it from there.
What we do
Four things your building needs working every single day. We take responsibility for all four, so your committee has one number to call instead of four.
Regular servicing and quick response when a lift stops — the complaint that empties a committee's inbox fastest.
Cellar and stilt parking washed down and kept clear — the part of the building everyone sees first and nobody wants to own.
Common area lighting, DB and wiring faults, and call-outs for individual flats — from electricians already on site.
Leaks, blockages, taps and bathroom fittings — fixed before a small drip becomes a seepage complaint from the flat below.
Not everything is a society problem. Individual flats can call the same team directly, on demand.
Why this works
Most societies run on contractors, and contractors rotate people constantly — which is why nobody ever knows who is supposed to turn up, or who to call when they don't. Our staff are trained by us, paid by us, and stay with your building. You stop chasing. That's the whole point.
Trained, uniformed, and the same faces week to week.
On site 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, on a schedule you can hold us to.
We work on residential buildings only. Nothing else.
Cleanliness and safety treated as the same job, not two.
Getting started
Society name, number of flats, and what's currently going wrong. A WhatsApp message is enough.
We walk the building, work out what it actually needs, and quote one fixed monthly plan for it.
Trained staff on site, working to a schedule your committee can check against.
